Why work with us

Clarity from the first conversation

In most cases what wears people down is not the procedure itself but not knowing where the matter stands. So we work to a simple rule: you always know what has been done, what is outstanding and what it costs.

Every file has a named attorney, a written plan, and a direct line of communication by WhatsApp or email.

  • Initial assessment before any quote: we understand the matter first.
  • Written action plan with stages, timelines and defined fees.
  • Direct communication with your attorney, with no intermediaries.
  • Online handling wherever the law allows it, with no unnecessary trips.

How we work

Three steps, no surprises

The same procedure for every matter, whether it is forming a company or a family proceeding.

01

Initial consultation

We listen to your situation, review whatever documents you have, and tell you frankly whether there is a case, what the alternatives are and what the real risks look like.

02

Plan and fees

You receive the work plan in writing, with stages, estimated timelines and fees. We move forward only once you approve it.

03

Handling and follow-up

We take care of the filings and keep you informed at every meaningful stage, through to resolution.

The firm

A local team with reach in two countries

Our offices are in Galerías Tivoli, zone 9 of Guatemala City, minutes from the country's main courts, notarial offices and government registries.

A significant share of our clients are Guatemalans living in the United States who need to settle matters back home — an inheritance, a deed, a power of attorney, an immigration filing — without travelling. For them we work with digital documents and video consultations.

Tell us about your matter and know where you stand

One initial consultation is enough to know whether legal action is available, which documents are needed and how long it may take.
